Why an agency ships products.
Every one of these came out of client work. We kept losing leads to voicemail on after-hours calls, so we built an AI answering service. We were paying four figures a month for SEO tools that reported estimates instead of Google's own numbers, so we built our own SEO checker. And we wanted clients to be able to start a small build without a proposal, so we built an AI coding agent that hands over the repository.
